The merger led to the establishment of a new and strong OOH (Out-of-Home) division within EUGESTA. This division will continue to sell EUGESTA Eesti’s current HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, and cafés) products and offer KAFO’s coffee solutions to cafés, restaurants, hotels, and offices under one company.
As part of this deal, EUGESTA Eesti took over all business activities related to KAFO, including contractual rights and obligations, employees, customers, and brands.
As a whole, EUGESTA Eesti became even more robust through this merger and grew in the number of products, brands, customers, and employees. That enables us to offer a broader product range and better solutions to HoReCa and office clients.
