Covering more than 28,000 square meters, the facility is equipped with cutting-edge technology to optimize efficiency and sustainability. The warehouse comprises multiple zones, each with specialized temperature control to accommodate various products –
from ambient storage to zones for sensitive products (+15 to +18 °C), chilled (+2 to +6 °C), and deep-frozen (-21 °C) options, meeting the diverse needs of clients in industries such as food and beverage, pet care, and non-food.
A standout feature of the new building is its fully renewable geothermal heating system, reflecting EUGESTA’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint.
The office space in the new premises is designed with sustainability and employee well-being in mind. It includes modern dining areas, an employee retail shop, and other conveniences. Additionally, the building features energy-efficient lighting, automatic sunshades on all windows connected to a local weather station, ergonomic workstations with height-adjustable desks, exercise rooms, and a layout that fosters collaboration and productivity.
